MBSA specialises in the manufacture and supply of masterbatch, pigments and performance enhancing additives to the plastics industry. Masterbatch is offered as polyolefin polymer specific, with formulations available in the most common thermoplastics, such as PP, HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE; as well as engineering polymer specific such as PC, acrylics, ABS and HIPS; or universal which is compatible with a broad range of polymer bases. Convertors are advised on the most suitable masterbatch for the intended application. A vast electronic library of colours is available for selection or colour matching occurs through the use of advanced colour matching software. MBSA supplies an extensive range of masterbatch solutions including a broad spectrum of general additives such as anti-block, anti-oxidants, anti-static, flame retardants, slip additives, anti-fog, processing aids and UV stabilisers, as well as thermochromatic, laser marking, antimicrobials and desiccant specialised additives.
