THE Vision1 control & monitoring system from Nissei ASB integrates its moulding machines into the information system of your factory. It provides real-time data on energy consumption and productivity while supporting troubleshooting and maintenance. The global standard OPC UA# communication protocol ensures easy remote access to moulding machine information, providing the best solution for enhanced efficiency management.

‘Vision1 for Factory’ software is a total solution to integrate ASB’s moulding machines into your production information system. Having immediate access to current production status allows machine owners to optimise resources for greater production efficiency. Mould changeovers can be planned at optimum times to suit current orders and stock levels of each product. Customised control apps can be created and installed into the Vision1 interface to add unique features and functionality.

Vision1 enabled machines to interface with the global standard OPC UA (Unified Architecture) communication protocol to enable data sharing between compatible hardware and factory information networks. Nissei ASB is a member of the OPC Foundation, ensuring that Vision1 is fully compliant with the OPC standards.

Each machine owner can set up licensing and data access to enable their management team and responsible production staff to access the current running conditions in real time from virtually anywhere in the world, keeping you fully ‘in the loop’ while you are out of the office.

Euromap 82.1 is a standard protocol being increasingly used by ancillary equipment suppliers in the plastics industry. Each Vision1 machine is supplied with all necessary hardware & software to allow connection with your factory so that any IT staff with average experience will easily be able to set up the ‘Vision1 for Factory’ software or integrate it into a compatible system that you are already running.
